Carbon Steel: High strength and high temperature resistance, suitable for high-pressure/high-load applications (such as high-performance engines).
Stainless Steel: Corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant, suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical and food processing.

Stamping: Achieves high-precision conical surface forming, high efficiency, and is suitable for high-volume production.
Surface Treatment: Galvanized or zinc-nickel plating for corrosion resistance.
4. Quality Control: Full-Process Precision and Performance Verification
Dimensional Accuracy: outer diameter tolerance band of 0.08mm. Surface finish must meet sealing surface requirements (e.g., Rz 1.6 or below).
Sealing Performance: Leak-proof verified through pressure tests (such as water/air pressure seal tests). Anaerobic adhesives (such as Boson 3662T) are applied with a 2.5mm application width to enhance sealing performance.
Testing Methods: Dimensions are measured using a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, material composition is verified through spectral analysis, and heat-treated structures are observed using a metallographic microscope.
