1. Initially, customers provide drawings or relevant technical standards. Our professional engineering team will analyze the drawings or standards and provide our expertise as needed. Some products require mold making, at the customer's expense. (Once the cumulative number of orders reaches a certain level, the corresponding mold costs will be refunded.)

2. After both parties have finalized the drawings, a contract will be signed and a deposit will be paid.

3. Production time begins when the custom mold is completed. Specific delivery times will be negotiated individually based on the complexity of the product.
